Shipping Policy

Everything you need to know about how, when, and for how much your Sohwa order ships.

Free shipping over ₹499

Orders of ₹499 and above ship free across India. Orders under ₹499 have a flat shipping charge of ₹49.

Delivery timelines

Orders are dispatched within 24–48 hours of being placed (excluding Sundays and public holidays).

Metro cities: 2–4 business days after dispatch
Tier-2 and tier-3 cities: 4–6 business days after dispatch
Remote PIN codes: up to 7–8 business days

Cash on Delivery (COD)

COD is available on orders up to ₹3,000 across most serviceable PIN codes. A ₹30 handling fee applies on COD orders. Prepaid orders always ship faster and unlock free shipping thresholds first.

Tracking

You'll receive an SMS and email with a tracking link as soon as your order is dispatched. You can also track it on our order tracking page.

Undelivered / RTO orders

If a COD order is refused or cannot be delivered after 3 attempts, it will be marked as Return-to-Origin. Repeat RTO customers may be restricted to prepaid orders only.
