Refund & Return Policy

Returns

We accept return requests within 7 days of delivery only if:

• The product received is damaged.
• The wrong item was delivered.
• The product has a manufacturing defect.

To request a return, contact us within 7 days of receiving your order along with your order number and clear photos of the product.

Non-Returnable Items

Returns will not be accepted for:

• Used or worn jewellery
• Products damaged after delivery
• Items without original packaging
• Change of mind or personal preference (unless otherwise specified)

Refunds

After the returned product is received and inspected, eligible refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Exchanges

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, we will offer a replacement (subject to stock availability) or a refund.

Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped. Once dispatched, cancellations may not be possible.
