When you shop with Sohwa, we collect the information you provide at checkout and account creation: your name, shipping address, phone number, email address, and payment information. Payment details are processed securely by our payment partners (Razorpay, Shopify Payments) — we never store card numbers or UPI PINs on our servers.
We use your information to process and deliver your orders, send order updates and shipping notifications, respond to support requests, and (only with your consent) send marketing emails about new drops and offers. You can unsubscribe from marketing at any time.
We share limited information with trusted partners strictly to fulfil your order — courier partners (for delivery), payment gateways (Razorpay, Shopify), and email/SMS providers. We never sell your data.
Our site uses cookies to keep you signed in, remember your cart, and understand how the site is used so we can improve it. You can disable cookies in your browser, but some features may not work.
All transactions are encrypted using industry-standard SSL. Access to customer data inside Sohwa is restricted to team members who need it to run the store.
